Studying the traffic, bounce rate, pages viewed per visit metrics, Shelly Cove was in need of a UX redesign of their 2020 website. Studying the metrics, and user research that created a persona and journey map, adjustments to the following were focal points of the new site’s wireframes.
- Redesigned navigation bar
- Limiting repetitive graphics to improve load times
- Removal of pop-ups to improve bounce rate
- Removal of “SHOP” checkout experience due to poor integration
